ref: pleroma: native captcha does not work

this pr on github upstream was merged into main. given that current nixos-config relies on base of nixos-infect which is set for channel 22.05 the changeset will not be brought in on a new selfprivacy instance.

options:

swap out nixos-infect channel arg to unstable for ci
swap out nixos-infect channel arg to 22.11 in ci

some testing will be needed to ensure no regressions.

Fix for this issue was sponsored by SelfPrivacy and was backported to 22.05. In our tests, captcha works now.

The issue is, our ci failed to indicate our Nix channel to update for the latest changes. I will fix it now, and Pleroma captcha should start working afterwards.
