Mostly formality.
Previously in tests we checked progress reports on small backup operations, but on fast machines, including CI, those are flaky. Now this duty is on a dedicated larger-file backup test.

However, instead of removing checks entirely we now ensure that there was a jump to 100% when the job was finished.

This fixes related test flakiness on CI
