On creating users, incorrect error text for validation input format #50

Description:
On creating a new user, if we type a invalid format login/password (for example if we type in login and in password only a space) and try to create a user, an error with text "incorrect format" is displayed but it should be present an hint for user about what format is available.

Steps to reproduce:

Open app
Click on "Users"
Click on blue "+" button
In Login field type a space
Submit form

Actual result:
Under Login field, and error with text "Incorrect format" is displayed.

Expected result:
An hint for user about what format is available for this input should be displayed.
