Description:
On creating a user, when password input is active (when we click on it to type some data and device's keypboard appear), password input and "Create" button is displayed under device's keypboard but when keypboard appear, user creation form should be moved to the top and should be displayed normally.

Steps to reproduce:

Open app
Click on "Users"
Click on blue "+" button
Click on Password field (to have possibility to type password)

Actual result:
User registration form is displayed under device's keypboard.

Expected result:
When device's keypboard appear, user registration form should be moved to the top and should be displayed normally.
