On turning on/off vpn service, some text is trimmed on the top #59

Description:
When we turn off vpn service, an text appear about necesity to start tasks is displayed "Запустите задачи", and this text is trimmed on the top.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open app
  2. Click on "Сервисы"
  3. Scroll down to the latest service (vpn)
  4. Turn off VPN service

Actual result:
The text that overlap VPN card is trimmed on the top.

Expected result:
The text that overlap VPN card should be displayed normally.
