Description:
When we turn off/on a service, in the bottom of the page an alert with text "Задача создана" is displayed. But if we turn off/on fast for example 100 times, alert from the bottom is displayed 100 times, even if we are on the page even if we are on a page that is not connected in any way to this text and where it cannot be displayed in any way (for example in console page). This should be fixed because it can destroy the app with a lot of requests. The best way to solve it, it's to not allow this inscription to appear, by fast clicking on it.

Steps to reproduce:

Open app
Click on "Сервисы"
Click 30 times on button for on/off "Менеджер паролей" service
Click on "Еще" button
Click on "Консоль"

Actual result:
Text "Задача создана" is displayed 30 times on "Консоль" page.

Expected result:
On fast clicking on/off for an service, text should not appear 30 times.

Comments:
This bug is present for fast on/off for all services.
