This PR focuses on erasures. It adds more testing for cache invalidation,functionality to fully erase the repo, and exposes snapshot forgetting to API.

Fully erasing the repo also makes it trivial to have cloud tests, so the capability to configure a cloud for testing via environment is added.

LGTM. Should bump version to 2.3.0, so I think we should merge #45 first. In the meantime let me test it on real server and implement the "forget snapshot" function on the frontend.
