And what does it have to do with anything? You didn't provide any description, so I don't know what you mean. It works as intended. Is it bad? They are supposed to disappear on their own. If they don't, then it's a bug, so the issue is misleading. If you dislike the fact that there are so many notifications, then propose a way to change it.
