Application reset leads to an incorrect step during server access recovery #395

Expected Behavior

During server access recovery, if we restart SelfPrivacy application, it is expected to restore its last seen page of recovery process.

Actual Behavior

It skips pages of recovery process, so the application state gets broken.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have selfprivacy server and its userdata token.
  2. Clear application config from app settings.
  3. Click "Connect to an existing server" from the installation wizard.
  4. Fill the token data.
  5. Fill the Server Provider token data.
  6. Restart the application.
