Incorrect VPN service name and description #58

Description:
When we open services and scroll down to VPN, his title and description is not correctly, it is displayed directly from backend.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open app
  2. Click on "Сервисы"
  3. Scroll down to VPN service

Actual result:
VPN service title is "services.vpn.title".

Expected result:
VPN service tittle should be "VPN".

Comments:
The same problem for VPN service description: is displayed "services.vpn.subtitle" but should be displayed some description for vpn service.
