Delete Branch "inex/fix-linklocal-ipv6"

This should fix the bug client-side that deploys faulty link-local IPv6 records.
Server side fix (SelfPrivacy/selfprivacy-rest-api#99) prevents creation of new records of this type, but the app won't delete the existing faulty records.
This PR allows app to remove these records even without the server-side patch.
